BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
• Full course fees are due within 14 days of making a booking, or at least 3 weeks before the course commencement.
• All bookings remain provisional until payment has been received.
• A full refund will be made to a customer cancelling within 7 days of booking providing all course materials are returned in unused condition.
• A customer cancelling any course after 7 days from booking and more than 3 weeks before the course start date, 50% of course fees paid will be refunded.
• Failure to attend a course or any course date/s or cancelling within 3 weeks of a booked course will be at the expense of the customer; full course fees will therefore remain due.
• No refund of fees will be made once a course has commenced.
• If customers wish to change course dates once the dates have been agreed, a charge of £50.00 per person per changed day will become due. (This may affect subsequent days of a course over several days).
• Until the course invoice has been settled in full, any course certifications will not be processed and all goods supplied remain the property of Kent Safety and/or their associates.
• Kent Safety staff and their associates cannot be held responsible for damage/loss of personal belongings or injury caused by others.
• Customers agree to abide by the health and safety guidelines and/or instructions of our staff and associates in all training matters.
• Customers using Kent Safety equipment for any course are responsible for that equipment and will be charged for any loss or damage arising from negligent/inappropriate behaviour.
• If any course is delayed, changed or cancelled due to insufficient participants, environmental conditions or any other circumstances beyond the control of Kent Safety, no liability can be accepted by Kent Safety for consequential any loss, damage or expenses incurred. In such cases a suitable and alternative date will be arranged and agreed with the customer/s.
• The customer shall be personally responsible for any equipment owned and used by them during their training or activities with Kent Safety.
 

COURSE LEARNING AGREEMENT

To ensure that all participants gain the maximum benefit from their course it is important that customers and participants understand their responsibilities. By making any booking, customers and participants indicate that they are aware of and accept these responsibilities, as outlined by this learning agreement. As such, participant in this course you agree to:-
• complete all required registration forms and submit any required documentation during the first training session.
• show up on time for all sessions, allowing sufficient time to get changed and prepare any personal equipment beforehand
• read and study the course material, complete any pre-courses study prior to all training sessions and ensure that you are fully prepared at all times
• be attentive during all training sessions and ask questions about anything not understood
• follow all course directions/procedures as set forth by the trainer, Kent Safety staff or their associates
• be flexible to unforeseen schedule changes
• where required, provide 2 passport sized photographs prior to the completion of your course
 
If the participant arrives unprepared, without completed work, or late for any session, it may be necessary to make up the work and possibly even continue the course at a later date. The customer will be responsible for any additional costs and/or inconvenience this causes.

All course objectives, performance requirements and learning outcomes must be met. In a situation where you are unable to meet these; additional training sessions may be needed. Subject to logistics, and the additional costs per person for each additional or training module/sessions will be at £25 per hour, or part thereof.                                            
 

As part of this learning agreement, Kent Safety agrees to start the class as scheduled; provide a positive learning environment in which to master the course objectives; answer your questions to the best of their ability and assist all participants through any learning challenges.
