Course Booking Conditions  

The following applies to all courses, whether held on-site or at one of our own venues.

All course bookings remain unsecured and provisional until full payment has been received.

Payment of invoices is required with 14 days.

Until an invoice has been settled in full, any course bookings or certifications will not be processed and all goods supplied remain the property of Kent Safety. Any shortages, errors or omissions must be notified in writing with 5 days.

We will make every effort to ensure that courses run as scheduled; to provide a positive learning environment in which to achieve the course objectives; to answer questions to the best of our ability and to assist delegates through any learning challenges that may arise.

We recognise unforeseen events or emergencies can lead to cancellations or delegates failing to attend. However, to assist with maintaining the quality and viability of our courses, the following will apply to cancellations received:-

28 days or more prior to the start of the course, no fee will be charged

21-27 days prior to the start of the course, 25% of the quoted fee will be charged

14-20 days prior to the start of the course 50% of the quoted fee will be charged

7-13 days prior to the start of the course 75% of the quoted fee will be charged

less than 7 days prior to the start of the course, or a failure to attend, the full quoted fee will be charged.

To save confusion, we recommend that any cancellations are made via email, fax or our on-line contact form.
