One Day First Aid Courses - prices from just £40
Our 1 day
programme is composed of two modules; Primary Care (CPR) and
Secondary Care (First Aid). Both of which follow the same priorities of care
used by professional rescuers. The Primary Care (CPR) assumes that local
Emergency Medical Service (EMS) providers are in place to support First Aid
Responder care. The Secondary Care (First Aid) assumes that EMS is
delayed or unavailable.
Other optional modules include:-
Automated External Defibrillator (AED) Orientation
and Emergency Oxygen Use Orientation.
Health and Safety (First Aid) Appointed Person
The HSE recommends that Appointed Persons undergo Emergency First Aid training covering what to do in an emergency, cardio-pulmonary resuscitation, first aid for the unconscious casualty and first aid for the wounded or bleeding. The combined Primary and Secondary Care more than meets the Health and Safety Executive Appointed Person First Aid recommendations.
Should you have any further questions about these courses, or any of our other services (without obligation) please contact us to discuss your particular requirements.
